Warranty and returns
At Jansen USA, we uphold the highest standards of quality in our products. While we strive to ensure that every product meets these stringent standards, occasional unforeseen defects or deficiencies may arise. Rest assured, we are committed to providing you with the support you need.
Our products come with a warranty:
– 3-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty: This warranty covers the body of the machine, including steel, welds, and missing parts.
– 1-Year Limited Warranty: We offer a 1-year limited warranty on the motor and hydraulic system.
– 90-Day Limited Warranty: For battery and electrical parts, we provide a 90-day limited warranty.
In the unlikely event of a defect, we are here to assist you promptly. Here is the procedure to follow:
1. Please notify us of the defect via email. It is requested that you Provide us with a few photos illustrating the issue. Additionally, include your telephone number for efficient communication.
2. Our team will contact you within 24 hours on weekdays to discuss the matter in detail.
3. If the issue is isolated to a single faulty part that can be easily replaced, we will dispatch the necessary spare part to you via USPS, allowing you to perform the replacement yourself.
4. In certain warranty claims, we may request the defective part to be returned to us for inspection. In cases where doubt exists regarding warranty coverage, we consistently prioritize the customer’s best interests. Our commitment to customer goodwill remains paramount.
5. If the defect is outside of the scope that we can identify remotely. We will request the machine be taken to a local shop to be worked on. In these cases we will cover the cost of the invoice for repair. However, the work and cost of work must be preapproved by our service staff for Jansen pay the invoice.
– Our warranty exclusively covers parts; it does not extend to labor costs. You should be capable of installing replacement parts. Returned parts will be subject to inspection before replacement. If the issue cannot be resolved through photographic evidence, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the parts
For returns, we have the following policies in place:
– After 14 days, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, and a 20% restocking fee may apply. Additional charges might be assessed based on any damage to the machine.
– If you wish to return the machine within the initial 14-day window, please contact us to schedule the machine’s pickup. Ensure that the machine is palletized and all fluids are drained. Upon delivery, our team will conduct a thorough inspection, and a refund. Either full or partial, will be issued based on the machine’s condition and usage.
